Desert Auto Recovery thrives because of our great employees. Our drivers are smart, reliable and motivated. We are repossession experts because we understand every aspect of our business. We stay up to date with State and FDCPA repossession laws. We use state-of-the-art wheel-lift trucks to ensure damage-free towing. Our trucks are equipped with dollies, video surveillance and active GPS systems. Our drivers wear body cams that continuously record to protect us and our clients from false claims and lawsuits. We have LPR (License Plate Recognition) DRN cameras, and use RDN, Recovery Connect and CLEARPLAN for case management. We are always finding new ways to improve and serve our clients better.

Secure Storage

Our storage yard is completely secure with 10 Ft. walls and 2 Ft. of razor wire. We also have 24/7 video monitoring and an XL secure storage container to store personal belongings. 

Impounds

We recover impounded vehicles  quickly. We have a list of all local tow yard requirements and can front fees owed.

Auctions

We offer a flat fee auction service to clients who wish to re-market their vehicles with us. This saves them money on transport fees and tier based auction fees. In addition, we use an online bidding platform with low fees, which encourages buyers to bid more on each car. We pay clients quickly and give them thorough documentation of the sale.
